Covid-19 protocols

The coronavirus pandemic has changed the way we encounter people and have experiences. We are proud of the fact that the unique northern nature that surrounds our locations offers a clean, safe and incomparable environment for our guests to enjoy. In addition to these pure nature experiences, we also want to guarantee the safety of our guests and employees with various measures.

To prevent the spread of the corona virus and according to the recommendation of the Finnish Government there will be changes in the opening hours of our restaurants.

Starting from Wed 12.1. our restaurants will be closing at 18.00 and the serving of alcohol will end at 17.00.

The COVID-19 passport will be required in our restaurants at all times. All customers aged 16 and over will be asked to present their passport. The passport will be checked from the opening of the restaurant until closing time and also at breakfast. The COVID-19 passport does not apply to the hotel accommodation, but our hotel guests are asked to show their COVID-19 passport when visiting our restaurants. The EU COVID-19 certificate contains three different certificates: A certificate of coronavirus vaccination, a certificate of coronavirus test results and a certificate of already having had COVID-19. All three certificates also serve as a COVID-19 passport.

You can order food by using room service in hotels which provide room service, and also buy as a take away.

The opening hours of the sauna facilities, gyms and spas vary according to the local regulations. You will receive more information from your hotel.

We apologise the inconvenience caused by the changes.
